Refunds and Returns Policy
We do our best to satisfy our customers and ensure that their orders are delivered to them safely. However, from time to time products do get damaged in transit. If this is the case, please return it, ensuring to repackage it suitably so prevent further damage. We offer a full refund or exchange for damaged or defective items within 14 days of purchase.
We do not offer change of mind refunds.

If you need to make a return, please email us within 24 hours of receipt of your item, provide a) your invoice number, b) reason for return and c) a photo of damaged or defective items if applicable.
A return email with the return address will then be emailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that:
- We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items and promotions.
- Refunds or exchanges are only offered for goods purchased directly from this Website via our online store and not goods purchased from Jill Brailsford Art stockists.
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders – only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
- We will not be responsible for lost or damaged return packages so you may wish to use a tracking number or some method of secure postage.
If you are not able to comply with the requirements of our returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.
